If  we can start children right from the beginning with this thought there is no limit to the possibilities they can achieve.  

It is the vision of Creative World Connection that every student discover and appreciate their unique  talents.  The most effective way to promote intinsic motivation is to nurture an environment rich in kindness, empathy and respect.  Here  students can master self discipline, social skills, trust and achievement.  

Creative World Connections was founded by Karen Pesta an educator with 13-years experience in the Michigan Public Schools.  She helped establish an alternative program to in school suspension in the Walled Lake Consolidated School District.   This program engaged students in a process of self-evaluation promoting responsible decision-making.    

Karen was a member of her schools leadership team and trained to help facilitate their Professional Learning Community.  Also trained in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Choice Theory and conflict mediation.   

Creative World Connections was born out of her experience in dealing with student misbehaviors.  She created weekly success tips using the principles of the 7Habits.  These announcements were interactive and assisted by students with behavior problems.   This innovative approach sought to give students the tools to achieve academic and social success and was popular with both students and staff.
